Scope

This policy applies to the comment-reply and direct-message automation tool (the "Tool") operated by Evolving Village (聽書進化) exclusively for its own Instagram business account, @reading.village. The Tool serves our own account only; it is not offered to third parties and does not connect to any third-party accounts.

Data We Process

• Public comments you leave on our Instagram posts (to detect campaign keywords)
• The commenter's public Instagram username and user ID (to reply and to avoid duplicate deliveries)
• Message delivery status (records of whether a public reply or direct message was successfully delivered)

We do not collect your email address, phone number, password, or any personal data outside the Instagram platform, and we do not track your browsing behavior.

Purpose of Processing

• Automatically posting a public acknowledgement when you comment a campaign keyword (e.g. "777") on our posts
• Delivering, by direct message, the link to the reading material you explicitly requested
• Aggregate campaign statistics (counts only; no profiling and no ad targeting)

Storage and Sharing

Data is stored on a server we operate ourselves and is accessible only to the brand owner. We never sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. All data obtained through Meta platform APIs is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms.

Data Retention

Comment records for each campaign are retained for up to 12 months after the campaign ends, for statistical purposes only, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days.
